DEVELOPMENTAL & REPRODUCTION TOXICOLOGY Developmental and Reproduction Toxicology (DART) study services are one the spearpoints of NOTOX. Our laboratory is qualified to assess the potential of pharmaceuticals and agricultural and industrial chemicals to adversely affect development and reproduction. Our expertise is particularly important considering the inherent difficulties in estimating human risk from experimental data. It requires an advanced understanding of the dynamics of development and the complex physiology underlying reproductive systems, which are also characteristically distinct between gender and species. NOTOX offers a complete range of GLP-compliant services covering a wide array of studies, including: - Fertility (Segment I)
- Embryo-fetal development (Segment II)
- Perinatal and postnatal development, including maternal function (Segment III)
- Multigenerational studies
- Endocrine disruptors
- Selected neurobehavioral tests
- Juvenile dosing studies (rodent, dog)
- Sample collection (TK/PK and absorption analysis, maternal and fetal blood, amniotic fluid, milk)
In collaboration with our sister company WIL Research, NOTOX also offers a full range of more specialized services designed to meet your specific needs. These include: - spermatogenesis evaluations of cellular endpoints (morphology, motility, spermatid head count) via the IVOS System
- vaginal cytology evaluations
