PHYSICAL & CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
For successful registration of your compound, it is necessary to provide a set of elementary physical and chemical characteristics. It depends on the nature and production volume of the compound, as to specifically which set of data are needed. We help you to select the appropriate test and perform these tests according to OECD, EC or OPPTS guidelines. Whenever possible, NOTOX prepares expert statements instead of costly full studies. NOTOX’ statements are recognized by the competent authorities world wide. We supply a certificate of analysis after completion of the required determinations (content and impurity profiling).

In addition to tests such as melting/boiling point, water solubility, vapor pressure, adsorption and distribution constants, explosiveness, flammability or one of our other 70 physical-chemical tests, we also perform spectral analysis by MS, IR, UV-Vis and NMR needed to confirm the compound identity. For storage stability and accelerated storage stability we have designated rooms and stoves to perform these test in a computer controlled environment.
Tests are performed under GLP as a standard but we also offer non-GLP studies, that are always performed in our GLP facilities and by our GLP trained personnel.
